In most cases we will require the signed CLA before merging any code
however in some cases we may allow anonymous contributions.

Any and all contributions from any entity that has not signed the 
Contributor_License_Agreement hereby surrenders any claim
to ownership of copyright.  Any and all works received in this way shall 
be considered anonymous contributions and the copyright will be held by
Zolfite.
